A Chief Election Officer has been appointed and a by-election to fill the position of Mayor for the Village of Anmore has been called for Saturday, May 15th, 2010.

Bill Bennett, B.C.’s minister of community and rural development, announced the appointment of Sarah Morden to oversee the election.
