Dear Anmore Families,

Please consider this urgent request to contribute to the Anmore Child Care Needs Assessment Survey. Your participation is extremely important!  If you reside within Anmore or live nearby within School District 43 AND currently have or will have parenting responsibilities for children under the age of 12, please help us by completing this 2 minute survey.

 The purpose of the Anmore Child Care Needs Assessment Survey is to create a more accurate picture of child care needs within Anmore and neighbouring communities of School District 43.  This data will be used to guide community based decisions and policy regarding child care.

The survey is available online at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/PR3Z9GC  . Surveys must be completed by July 1st, 2010.  Please complete only one survey per family.
