On February 26, 2012, six members of the Sasamat Volunteer Fire Department will be participating in the BC Lung Association’s Climb the Wall: The Stairclimb for Clean Air 2012.

Many people participate in this BC Lung Association fundraiser, but our team will be climbing the stairs in full fire gear with air tanks (about 50 pounds weight).  There are 48 floors to climb and a friendly time competition with other fire department teams.

The Sasamat team includes Michael Devlin, Ken Honigman, Darin MacDonald, Ali Sigariani,  Dave McCloskey and Greg Winterbottom.
